Production and delivery

Books are printed after you order. Production and delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking will be emailed when available.

Cancellations and address changes

Email books@moonberry.kids as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. We can only make changes before your order enters production. Once printing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
